Mr. Rex Zhang is the Chief Operating Officer at OneDegree, specializing in digital and insurance and product development. With multiple years of experience in various roles at global insurers and reinsurers, Rex brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position, helping OneDegree to develop multiple digital and insurance products from 0 to 1. His passion lies in understanding and tailoring products to meet the unique needs of partners and clients, seamlessly integrating traditional insurance with cutting-edge fintech, Web3 and cybersecurity solutions to help them thrive. Rex holds a Master’s degree in Fintech from HKUST and a BBA in Insurance, Financial, and Actuarial Analysis from CUHK. He is also a certified actuary with the Society of Actuaries.
