Mr. Gilbert Lee is Head of Strategy & Planning and Chief of Staff to Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank and a member of the Bank’s Executive Committee. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited and the Chairman of Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited.
Gilbert leads corporate strategy, corporate development & M&A, innovation, Greater Bay Area (“GBA”) business development and CEO Office. He steers the Bank’s strategic partnerships with public institutions, academia, corporates and start-ups to foster business model innovation and the development of financial innovation in Hong Kong.
Gilbert is a frequent speaker on strategy, innovation and GBA. He earned an MBA from INSEAD, and is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer, Certified ESG Analyst and Certified Fintech Professional (Management Track).
