Candy Lam is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Hang Seng Indexes Company (“HSIL”), leading the strategy department to drive the HSIL strategy and identify partnership & new strategic opportunities to achieve the company’s long term vision and business growth. Prior to joining HSIL in 2022, Candy was the Head of Insurance Strategy & Direct Channel and Interim Insurance COO at Hang Seng Bank. Candy has over 14 years of banking experience across Retail, Commercial Banking and Insurance. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree in Global Business Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
